Hearts Collector's Edition - Realm of Thraul

The Hearts Collector’s Edition introduces the rulers of Calorran. Ishtaramun is the King of Hearts, a god king mad with power with a troubled past. Zahara is the Queen of Hearts, a young woman determined to attain more power to help the people of Calorran rise from poverty and return to their former glory. Aman Ezra is the Jack of Hearts, the High Priest with all the secrets of alchemy. The Ace is a symbol of their former High Priestess Anat, exiled from her home and leader of an assassin’s guild called the Blood Sparrows.

The Hearts were once the cultural epicenter of the Realm, until a line of mad kings took hold. The Hearts rule the western deserts of Thraul and their civilization is in a state of ruin. There is a clear divide between the haves and the have nots and the nation’s citizens are poor. A history of alchemy and raising the dead has led to the cultural demise of the Hearts civilization.
